Dahagoniya Primary School is located 10km away from the Township of Buttala. There are more than 340 students and 16 teachers in this school with grades up to 5. They face many difficulties due to the mud concentration in the water, which is not suitable for drinking purposes. The School was provided with a water filtering system.

Mo/Ranjan Wijerathna Maha Vidyalaya is located near the Pelwatta Sugar Factory, 10km away from the Township of Buttala. There are more than 800 students and 48 teachers in this school and they have classes up to grade 13. Currently the water supply to the school is facilitated by the Pelwatta Sugar Factory due to the scarcity of easily accessible clean drinking water.  The School was provided with a RO filter and a tank.  

T/TN/Pamburugaswewa Vidyalaya is a primary school located in the Trincomalee District, 30km away from the Township of Gomarankadawala. There are more than 50 students with 7 teachers in this school. The School was provided with a RO filter with a sink and a tank.
